通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相分析及能谱分析的方法,对 SA-210C 钢管扩口星状裂纹的产生原因进行了分析。结果表明:钢管在浇铸过程中中间包水口耐材脱落形成夹杂物,在扩口试验中夹杂区域受拉应力作用产生裂纹并扩展,最终形成宏观星状裂纹。
通過宏觀檢驗、化學成分分析、金相分析及能譜分析的方法,對 SA-210C 鋼管擴口星狀裂紋的產生原因進行瞭分析。結果錶明:鋼管在澆鑄過程中中間包水口耐材脫落形成夾雜物,在擴口試驗中夾雜區域受拉應力作用產生裂紋併擴展,最終形成宏觀星狀裂紋。
통과굉관검험、화학성분분석、금상분석급능보분석적방법,대 SA-210C 강관확구성상렬문적산생원인진행료분석。결과표명:강관재요주과정중중간포수구내재탈락형성협잡물,재확구시험중협잡구역수랍응력작용산생렬문병확전,최종형성굉관성상렬문。
The causes of star cracks of SA-210C steel tube during flaring process were analyzed through macroscopic inspection,chemical composition,metallographic analysis and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the refractory of the tundish nozzle fell off during the casting process,and formed the inclusions in the steel tube.During the flaring process,the crack formed and expanded in the inclusion area under the action of the tensile stress,and eventually became the macroscopic star crack.
