研究以蓝靛果、钙果为主要原料,研究出一种具有抗疲劳作用的天然饮料。确定了蓝靛果、钙果抗疲劳饮料的生产工艺流程。通过单因素试验和四因素三水平的正交试验确定了最佳配方,并对该产品进行抗疲劳功能性动物试验。试验结果表明:最佳配方为蓝靛果提取液60 mL、钙果提取液40 mL、木糖醇11 g、柠檬酸0.03 g。以此配方研制出来的复合饮料具有抗疲劳作用兼有蓝靛果和钙果的香味、色泽和酸甜可口,该产品工艺简单,具有可操作性。

Lonicera edulis and Gaiguo as the main raw material were developed a natural anti-fatigue effect beverage. The production process had identified. Determined the optimal formulation through single factor and orthogonal experiment (four factors and three levels), and anti-fatigue functional through animal experiments. The results showed that:the best formula for Lonicera edulis extract 60 mL, Gaiguo extract 40 mL, xylitol 11 g, citric acid 0.03 g. The product had anti-fatigue effect, Lonicera edulis and Gaiguo flavor, and was colorful and tasty. The product was a simple process with operability.
