目的:观察增液八珍汤对便秘大鼠血液及肠壁组织中胃泌素( GAS)、P物质( SP)及生长抑素( SS)含量的影响,揭示其治疗便秘的药效机理。方法将120只大鼠随机分为正常组20只,模型组100只给予甘草煎剂灌胃7天,将模型组100只大鼠随机分为模型组、增液八珍汤低、中、高剂量组及西沙必利组各20只。分别灌胃给药7天后,检测各组大鼠血液及肠壁组织中GAS、SP、SS的含量。结果增液八珍汤低、中剂量组与模型组比较三项指标均有显著差异( P<0.05),高剂量组差异更明显( P<0.01);增液八珍汤低、中剂量组与西沙必利组比较三项指标均有显著差异(P<0.05),高剂量组差异更明显(P<0.01)。结论增液八珍汤可通过调节血液及肠壁组织中GAS、SP、SS的含量,达到促胃肠动力的作用。其中增液八珍汤高剂量组疗效显著,明显优于西药对照组。

목적:관찰증액팔진탕대편비대서혈액급장벽조직중위비소( GAS)、P물질( SP)급생장억소( SS)함량적영향,게시기치료편비적약효궤리。방법장120지대서수궤분위정상조20지,모형조100지급여감초전제관위7천,장모형조100지대서수궤분위모형조、증액팔진탕저、중、고제량조급서사필리조각20지。분별관위급약7천후,검측각조대서혈액급장벽조직중GAS、SP、SS적함량。결과증액팔진탕저、중제량조여모형조비교삼항지표균유현저차이( P<0.05),고제량조차이경명현( P<0.01);증액팔진탕저、중제량조여서사필리조비교삼항지표균유현저차이(P<0.05),고제량조차이경명현(P<0.01)。결론증액팔진탕가통과조절혈액급장벽조직중GAS、SP、SS적함량,체도촉위장동력적작용。기중증액팔진탕고제량조료효현저,명현우우서약대조조。
Objective To observe the effect of Zengye Bazhen decoction on gastrin ( GAS ) , substance P ( SP ) and somatostatin ( SS ) content in blood and intestinal tissue of rats, and reveal its pharmacodynamic mechanism. Methods 120 rats were randomly divided into normal group with 20 rats and model group with 100 rats. The rats in the model group were given gastric lavage Licorice decoction for 7 days, and then they were randomly divided into model group, low, middle and high dose of Zengye Bazhen decoction and cisapride group, with 20 rats in each group. Each group was given gastric lavage for 7 days. The content of GAS, SP and SS in blood and intestinal tissue of rats were tested. Results There were significant differences between low or middle dose of Zengye Bazhen decoction groups and the model group (P<0. 05), and the high dose group had more significant difference (P<0. 01). There were significant differences between low or middle dose of Zengye Bazhen decoction groups and the cisapride group (P<0. 05), and the high dose group had more significant difference (P<0. 01). Conclusion Zengye Bazhen decoction can adjust the content of GAS, SP and SS in blood and intestinal tissue of rats, and increase the force of intestinal propelling. The high dose of Zengye Bazhen decoction group had more excellent effect, and was superior to the Western medicine group.
