目的：观察加味六安三子汤治疗婴儿早期喉痰鸣的临床疗效。方法观察组：煎服加味六安三子汤(即六安煎合三子养亲汤[2]加山楂、麦芽)；每次煎好的药汁约30毫升左右,空腹服用；对照组：使用宝咳宁颗粒、猴耳环颗粒、小儿消积止咳口服液；3天为一疗程。结果经χ2检验,两组疗效有明显的差异(χ2=19．316,P=0．000),观察组明显好于对照组,见效也快,不良反应发生率低。结论加味六安三子汤治疗婴儿早期喉痰鸣效果好,服用较方便,用药时间短,复发率低,费用低,不良反应少,易被患儿和家长接受。
목적：관찰가미륙안삼자탕치료영인조기후담명적림상료효。방법관찰조：전복가미륙안삼자탕(즉륙안전합삼자양친탕[2]가산사、맥아)；매차전호적약즙약30호승좌우,공복복용；대조조：사용보해저과립、후이배과립、소인소적지해구복액；3천위일료정。결과경χ2검험,량조료효유명현적차이(χ2=19．316,P=0．000),관찰조명현호우대조조,견효야쾌,불량반응발생솔저。결론가미륙안삼자탕치료영인조기후담명효과호,복용교방편,용약시간단,복발솔저,비용저,불량반응소,역피환인화가장접수。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of modified Liuan Sanzi decoction in treating laryngeal stridor of early infancy. Methods The observation group was treated with modified Liuan Sanzi decoction ( Liuan decoction, Sanzhi Yangqin decoction, hawthorn and malt) , and took 30 ml decoction on an empty stomach each time. The control group was treated with Baokening granules, Pithecellobium clypearia antiphlogistic granules and Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid. 3 days was a course of treatment. Results The data was analyzed byχ2 test. The results showed that the therapeutic effect had significant difference between the two groups, (χ2 =19. 316,P=0. 000), the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The modified Liuan Sanzi decoction had a relatively low incidence of side effects, and took effect more quickly. Conclusion The modified Liuan Sanzi decoction in treating laryngeal stridor of early infancy had good effect. It is convenient, and has short medication time, low recurrence rate and cost. It has low incidence of side effects, and is easy to be accepted by the sick children and their parents.
