目的:分析和研究人工流产术后即时口服避孕药达英-35的临床治疗效果.方法:根据随机抽样的原则和标准,选取2014年1月20日-12月20日来笔者所在医院门诊自愿要求人工流产手术的150例患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组75例,两组患者在人工流产手术之后均常规服用抗生素和促子宫恢复药物,观察组患者在服用这两种药物之外还即时口服避孕药达英-35,1片/d,连服21 d为一周期,停药7 d或月经来潮第2天始服第2周期,连续服用4个周期.观察两组患者术后阴道出血时间、月经恢复时间,术后15 d复查B超了解子宫内膜厚度、盆腔感染和重复妊娠情况.结果:观察组患者阴道出血时间短,月经恢复快,子宫内膜修复良好,无重复妊娠,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),另外观察组无感染、宫颈粘连,对照组术后感染、宫颈粘连各1例,重复妊娠5例.结论:人工流产术后即时口服避孕药达英-35的实际临床效果较好,能够缩短阴道流血时间,子宫内膜修复良好,月经及时来潮,术后并发症少,重复妊娠率低,是一种值得广泛运用和推广的临床治疗方式.
목적:분석화연구인공유산술후즉시구복피잉약체영-35적림상치료효과.방법:근거수궤추양적원칙화표준,선취2014년1월20일-12월20일래필자소재의원문진자원요구인공유산수술적150례환자,수궤분성관찰조화대조조,매조75례,량조환자재인공유산수술지후균상규복용항생소화촉자궁회복약물,관찰조환자재복용저량충약물지외환즉시구복피잉약체영-35,1편/d,련복21 d위일주기,정약7 d혹월경래조제2천시복제2주기,련속복용4개주기.관찰량조환자술후음도출혈시간、월경회복시간,술후15 d복사B초료해자궁내막후도、분강감염화중복임신정황.결과:관찰조환자음도출혈시간단,월경회복쾌,자궁내막수복량호,무중복임신,여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),령외관찰조무감염、궁경점련,대조조술후감염、궁경점련각1례,중복임신5례.결론:인공유산술후즉시구복피잉약체영-35적실제림상효과교호,능구축단음도류혈시간,자궁내막수복량호,월경급시래조,술후병발증소,중복임신솔저,시일충치득엄범운용화추엄적림상치료방식.
Objective:To analyze and research clinical therapeutic effects of immediate oral contraceptives taie-35 after abortion.Method:According to the principle of random sampling,150 cases for artificial abortion operation from January 20,2014 to December 20,2014 in the hospital outpatient were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,75 cases in each group,two groups of patients after artificial abortion were taken conventional antibiotics and promoted uterine recovery drugs,the observation group instant used oral contraceptives taie-35 in addition to the two drugs,a slice of every day,taken 21 days for a cycle,the withdrawal or the second day menstruation 7 days beginning the second cycle;taking four consecutive cycles.And then looked at two groups of patients with postoperative vaginal bleeding time,menstrual recovery time,15 days after the review of ultrasound to understand the endometrial thickness,pelvic infection and repeated pregnancies.Result:The observation group of patients with vaginal bleeding time was short,menstrual recovery fast,endometrial repair was good,no repeat pregnancy,compared with the control group there were statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the observation group without infection,cervical adhesion,the control group with each one case of postoperative infection and cervical adhesion,repeated pregnancy in 5 cases.Conclusion:The clinical effect of postoperative instant oral contraceptives abortion taie-35 actual is good,can shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,endometrial repair good,menstrual timely menstrual cramps, less postoperative complications,repeat pregnancy rate is low,is worth popularizing widely applied and clinical treatment.
