考察全谷小米面粉加工中纤维素强化工艺。采用酸碱水浴法提取谷壳纤维素,应用正交试验确定小米谷壳纤维素的最佳提取工艺。与小米面粉以适当比例混合制成全谷小米面粉。纤维素最佳提取工艺条件为:硝酸浸提液pH=3,NaOH浸提液pH=12,液固比1∶15(g/mL),提取时间60 min。此条件下小米谷壳纤维素的提取率为(86.09±0.15)%。纤维素在小米面粉中的添加量为11%。
攷察全穀小米麵粉加工中纖維素彊化工藝。採用痠堿水浴法提取穀殼纖維素,應用正交試驗確定小米穀殼纖維素的最佳提取工藝。與小米麵粉以適噹比例混閤製成全穀小米麵粉。纖維素最佳提取工藝條件為:硝痠浸提液pH=3,NaOH浸提液pH=12,液固比1∶15(g/mL),提取時間60 min。此條件下小米穀殼纖維素的提取率為(86.09±0.15)%。纖維素在小米麵粉中的添加量為11%。
고찰전곡소미면분가공중섬유소강화공예。채용산감수욕법제취곡각섬유소,응용정교시험학정소미곡각섬유소적최가제취공예。여소미면분이괄당비례혼합제성전곡소미면분。섬유소최가제취공예조건위:초산침제액pH=3,NaOH침제액pH=12,액고비1∶15(g/mL),제취시간60 min。차조건하소미곡각섬유소적제취솔위(86.09±0.15)%。섬유소재소미면분중적첨가량위11%。
The objective was to study the cellulose strengthening method for the powder of whole grain millet processing. Methods used the acid and alkali water bath method to extract the chaff cellulose , and used the orthogonal method to make sure the optimal extraction technology of millet chaff cellulose. Mixed together with the powder of millet in the right ratios then was made of the powder of whole grain millet. The result was the best extraction process conditions were confirmed finally as follows:the pH in the HNO3 extraction solution was 3. the pH in the NaOH extraction solution was 12, the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶15 (g/mL), and the extraction time was 60 min. Under the conditions the yield of the chaff cellulose was (86.09±0.15)%.Cellulose in millet flour, adding amount of 11%.
