目的：探讨闭合性双踝骨折合并踝关节向外半脱位中医治疗的临床疗效，明确手法整复适应症，提高复位成功率，减少治疗中后期双踝骨折及踝关节半脱位再移位情况，保证患者踝关节功能．方法：所有患者采用手法整复，超踝夹板及中立位托板固定，后期进行功能锻炼．结果：对2010～2013我院收治的206例患者进行疗效评估，临床愈合199例，骨性愈合141例，总愈合率96．6％．3例复位失败后进行手术治疗，4例在14天内因过早下地导致骨折移位，进行手术治疗．无效率3．39％．对本组剩余199例进行1年随访，随访采用Olerud和Molander踝关节骨折标准进行疗效评定，优172例，良27例，无一般及差评分．结论：中医改进疗法治疗闭合性双踝骨折合并踝关节向外半脱位，有效的改善了治疗效果．

AIM: To discuss the clinical efficacy on Chinese traditional treatment on double malleolus bone fracture and malleolus joint half dislocation; To clarify the indications of the treatment method in order to improve the efficacy of clinical treatment of Chinese traditional treatment on double malleolus bone fracture and malleolus joint half dislocation,and decrease the risk of bone fracture dislocation in the treatment; To make the function exercise as early as possible to protect the function of malleolus joint. METHODS:All patients performed the manipulative reduction, and the malleolus bone were fixed by the deck, as well as the exercises should be received. RESULTS: A total of 206 cases admitted into our hospital from 2010 to 2013 were taken into the clinical assessment, with 199 cases of clinical healing and 141 cases of fracture healing, and the total healing rate was 96.6%. A total of 3 cases underwent surgical treatment after replace ment failure, while 4 cases suffered fracture displacement due to early walking within 14 days. Failure rate was 3.39%. During 1 year follow?up, according to the Olerud and Molander`s ankle fracture criteria, the rest of 199 cases were observed and evaluated, and the score of 172 cases was more than 90, while the score of 23 cases was from 85 to 89, and there was no cases’ score less than 85 in the follow?up. CONCLUSION:Chinese traditional therapy in the treatment of double malleolus bone fracture and malleolus joint half dislocation, can improve the treatment efficacy.
