针对目前社会老龄化日趋严重的现实情况，本文基于南京市的实际以及详实的数据，介绍了南京市参保人员老龄化现状、特定老年性疾病的护理需求以及目前南京市老年人保障政策，分析了在老年医疗护理领域的探索以及遇到的问题，并结合实际对进一步建立该项制度提出了政策建议。

Facing the increasingly serious problems of population aging, and based on the actual and detailed data of Nanjing, we introduced the aging status of the insured, the needs of nursing care for specific age-related diseases, and current security policy for the elderly, analyzed the problems encountered in exploring nursing care system for the elderly, and made suggestions for establishing nursing care insurance policy based on real practice.
