为了综合利用好石阡苔茶资源,优化石阡苔茶咖啡碱的工艺条件,试验以咖啡碱提取率为考察指标,考察煮沸时间、茶汤比、沉淀剂浓度、萃取次数对咖啡碱提取的单因素试验和正交试验。结果表明,石阡苔茶水提正交试验最佳工艺条件为萃取2次,沉淀剂浓度为0.2 mol/L,茶汤比为1∶60 g/mL,煮沸15 min。优选得到的工艺条件简便、安全、稳定和可行。在此条件下,测得石阡苔茶咖啡碱水提的得率为1.92%。
為瞭綜閤利用好石阡苔茶資源,優化石阡苔茶咖啡堿的工藝條件,試驗以咖啡堿提取率為攷察指標,攷察煮沸時間、茶湯比、沉澱劑濃度、萃取次數對咖啡堿提取的單因素試驗和正交試驗。結果錶明,石阡苔茶水提正交試驗最佳工藝條件為萃取2次,沉澱劑濃度為0.2 mol/L,茶湯比為1∶60 g/mL,煮沸15 min。優選得到的工藝條件簡便、安全、穩定和可行。在此條件下,測得石阡苔茶咖啡堿水提的得率為1.92%。
위료종합이용호석천태다자원,우화석천태다가배감적공예조건,시험이가배감제취솔위고찰지표,고찰자비시간、다탕비、침정제농도、췌취차수대가배감제취적단인소시험화정교시험。결과표명,석천태다수제정교시험최가공예조건위췌취2차,침정제농도위0.2 mol/L,다탕비위1∶60 g/mL,자비15 min。우선득도적공예조건간편、안전、은정화가행。재차조건하,측득석천태다가배감수제적득솔위1.92%。
To better comprehensive utilization Shiqian moss tea resources , optimize extraction process conditions in Shiqian moss tea caffeine,the yield of caffeine as index in experiment. Assay determination is conducted by apply of extraction time, solid-liquid ratio, precipitator concentration, extract times on caffeine extraction rate is determined through single factor and orthogonal experiment. It turned out that , the optimal extraction condition of Shiqian moss tea is twice extract, precipitator concentration 0.2 mol/L, solid-liquid ratio 1∶60 g/mL, extraction time 15 min. The process conditions by optimize was simple, safe, stable and feasible.In this conditions, the extraction rate of Shiqian moss tea caffeine can reach to about 1.92%.
