目的:探讨莫西沙星联合萘普生治疗耐多药肺结核的临床疗效。方法选取2013年5月—2014年5月宜春市人民医院收治的耐多药肺结核患者68例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各34例。观察组患者予以莫西沙星联合萘普生治疗,对照组患者予以左氧氟沙星治疗。观察两组患者痰菌转阴情况、X 线表现改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗3、6、9个月痰菌转阴率高于对照组,X 线表现改善率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论莫西沙星联合萘普生治疗耐多药肺结核的临床疗效显著,可提高患者痰菌转阴率和 X 线表现改善率,且不良反应少。

목적:탐토막서사성연합내보생치료내다약폐결핵적림상료효。방법선취2013년5월—2014년5월의춘시인민의원수치적내다약폐결핵환자68례,수궤분위관찰조여대조조,각34례。관찰조환자여이막서사성연합내보생치료,대조조환자여이좌양불사성치료。관찰량조환자담균전음정황、X 선표현개선정황급불량반응발생정황。결과관찰조환자치료3、6、9개월담균전음솔고우대조조,X 선표현개선솔고우대조조,불량반응발생솔저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론막서사성연합내보생치료내다약폐결핵적림상료효현저,가제고환자담균전음솔화 X 선표현개선솔,차불량반응소。
Objective To explore the effect of moxifloxacin and naproxen in treating multi - drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A total of 68 patients with multi - drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were selected in the People's Hospital of Yichun from May 2013 to May 2013,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group. Observation group were given moxifloxacin and naproxen treatment,control group were given levofloxacin treat-ment. Sputum negative conversion,X - ray performance improvement and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment of 3,6,9 months sputum negative conversion rates of observation group were higher than that of control group,X - ray performance improvement rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,in-cidence of adverse reactions of observation group was lower than that of control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Moxifloxacin and naproxen have significant effect in the treatment of multi - drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis,can improve the patients'sputum bacteria turn negative rate and X - ray performance period,and have less adverse reaction.
