目的:探讨对血液标本进行不同处理后产生的生化结果的影响.方法:将笔者所在医院90例进行血液检验的患者随机分为1组、2组、3组和A组、B组、C组,另选30名身体各项指标均健康的志愿者为参考组,进行不同处理后比较1、2、3组的生化结果与参考值差异,1组4 ℃保存24 h后离心,2组取样20 min后离心,4 ℃保存、3组20 min内分离血清检测;将A组设为对照组将其静置20 min后分离血清进行检测,参考组进行正常的血液标本处理并检测,对B组、C组进行全血保存和血清分离保存,之后检测两组得出结果.结果:3组的处理方式对检测结果无影响(P>0.05),1组、2组对生化检测结果有明显影响(P<0.05),1组影响最明显,相比较C组的血清分离保存,B组的全血保存对GLU及LDH指标有明显影响.结论:对血液标本的处理方式不同会引起生化指标的差异,故不能及时处理的标本应将其离心冷藏,以保证得到正确的生化指标,确保疾病诊断的准确性.

Objective: To investigate the effect of biochemical results after different treatment on blood samples.Method:90 cases of hospital blood tests were randomly divided into group 1 group,2 group,3 group and A group,B group,C group,select the body of the indicators were healthy volunteers as the reference group,different treatments after 1 group,2 group,3 group of biochemical results with the reference value of the difference,1 group of 4 ℃ 24 h after centrifugation,two groups of sampling for 20 minutes and centrifuged,4 ℃,3 group within 20 min to separate serum detection.The A group as control group the static 20 min after separation of serum were detected,the reference group of normal blood samples and detection of B group and C group of whole blood and serum separation and detection of two groups of results.Result:The 3 group had no effect on the test results(P>0.05),1 group and 2 group had obvious influence on the biochemical test results(P<0.05),the effect of the 1 group was the most obvious,and the whole blood of B group was significantly affected by GLU and LDH.Conclusion:The treatment method of blood samples will cause the difference of biochemical parameters,so the samples should be treated by centrifugal refrigeration,so as to ensure the accuracy of disease diagnosis.
