以椆树桑寄生树叶为原料,对植物多糖提取的影响因素及工艺进行优化研究。采用热水浸提方法,分析提取温度、时间、料液比和醇降浓度对提取椆树桑寄生植物多糖的影响。采用硫酸-苯酚法测定椆树桑寄生植物多糖,根据L9(34)正交试验优化确定椆树桑寄生多糖最优提取条件为:提取温度为80℃、料液比为1∶20(g/mL)、提取时间为2.0 h,乙醇醇降浓度为70%。在此条件下,椆树桑寄生多糖提取率为1.7%。

The polysaccharide was extracted from the leaf of Loranthus delavayiVan TieghDanserp in Guangxi, and the extraction process was studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment. With water as extraction solvent,the effect of extraction temperature,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and alcohol concentration on the yield of polysaccharide were optimized with single factor test followed by four factor -four level orthogonal experiment. The result showed that the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharide were: the extraction temperature was 80℃, the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20 (g/mL), the extraction time was 2 h and the alcohol concentration was 70%. Under these conditions the polysaccharide extraction yield was 1.7 %.
