以女贞子中齐墩果酸的含量为评价指标,研究提取温度、料液比、回流次数对女贞子中齐墩果酸提取含量的影响,香草醛-高氯酸比色法测定其含量。在提取温度85℃,料液比1∶30(g/mL),回流5次的条件下,齐墩果酸的提取含量最高,可达到122.66μg/mL,此时齐墩果酸提取率为4.066%。高效液相法验证提取物为齐墩果酸,此时齐墩果酸DPPH自由基清除率为70.96%。

With the content of oleanolic acid from ligustrum lucidum ait as evaluating indicator , the effect of extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio and reflux times on the extraction content was considered. The contents of oleanolic acid were measured by vanillin-perchlorate colorimetry. The optimal extraction processes were as follows:extraction temperature of 85℃, solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30 (g/mL) and reflux times of five. In these conditions, the extraction content of oleanolic acid was 122.66μg/mL, and the extraction ratio was about 4.066 %. Then the extraction was identified as oleanolic acid by HPLC method , and the scavenging rate of DPPH was 70.96%.
