通过对赤峰某铜钼矿尾矿试样的考查,发现其中的主要矿物为非金属矿物(脉石矿物),占98.99%,金属矿物含量很少,仅占1.01%。试验进行磁选+浮选、全浮选、重选+浮选以及硫酸法与氢氟酸法对比探索试验,确定采用重选+浮选的氢氟酸法,最终获得长石中含 K2 O 7.34%,Na2 O 4.09%, SiO284.66%。

통과대적봉모동목광미광시양적고사,발현기중적주요광물위비금속광물(맥석광물),점98.99%,금속광물함량흔소,부점1.01%。시험진행자선+부선、전부선、중선+부선이급류산법여경불산법대비탐색시험,학정채용중선+부선적경불산법,최종획득장석중함 K2 O 7.34%,Na2 O 4.09%, SiO284.66%。
The tailings of the copper-molybdenum mine in Chifeng had been examined and the results showed that the non-metallic minerals (gangue minerals)accounted for an overwhelming 98.99 percent while the metal mineral content was only 1.01%. The beneficiation process used three methods of magnetic-flotation separation,whole flotation separation and gravity-flotation separation. And then a comparison flotation test was made by the condition of sulphate and hydrofluoric. Finally, the feldspar concentration contained K2 O 7.34%,Na2 O 4.09%,SiO2 84.66% was taken by the method of gravity and flotation process on the condition of hydrofluoric.
