某赤铁矿作业区增产改造后存在尾矿品位偏高,对该区流程考查结果表明:原矿中的磁性铁含量偏低、中矿量大的问题是该作业区赤铁矿石选别工艺中尾矿品位高的主要原因,建议在生产操作中增大粗螺精矿、精螺精矿和筛下的产率,使已单体解离的铁矿物及时分选出去,以减少中矿量,同时改善二次磨矿分级作业的效果,降低尾矿品位。

After upgrading and reform of a certain hematite operation zone,there is a problem that the tailings grade is relatively high. The results of the inspection on flow sheet in this area show that:the magnetic iron content is relatively low in the original concentrate;the large quantity of middling is the main reason why the tailing grade is high for hematite separation process. Our suggestion is to increase the productive rate of rough clean spiral,clean spiral,and undersize to sort out iron ore that has been monomer separated to reduce middling quantity. Meanwhile it will improve the effect of secondary grinding classification operation to reduce tailing grade.
