In order to improve the economic benefit,mine outsourcing is adopted by many mining company in China. Based on practical analysis and with the purpose of attaining a controllable mining production with possibly few accidents,mine outsourcing mode should be studied from the four aspects:namely,basic conditions of mining investment,selection of construction contractor,construction contract and control and management over construction process.
