本文运用ANSYS技术对汽车制动器制动盘进行了急速制动温度分布仿真分析.分析了100Km/h情况下汽车紧急、连续制动工况,利用Solidworks三维软件对制动盘进行实体建模,并导入到ANSYS,利用ANSYS进行仿真分析,得出温度在周向及径向的分布情况.

In this paper, ANSYS technology was used to simulate the temperaturedistribution of brake disc. The emergent and continuous braking conditions were analyzedunder the speed of 100Km/h. Solidworks 3D software was used to simulate the brake disc, and ANSYS was used to simulate the distribution of temperature in the circumferential and radial direction.
