本文针对含钼白钨矿的碱分解工艺,提出了超高浓度溶液化学的概念,选择∑型捏合机械力化学反应器为手段,成功地解决了一种白钨矿的碱分解课题,为节能、环保、经济的湿法冶金工艺开辟了一条新路。利用超高浓度溶液化学原理,采用∑型捏合机械力化学反应器,对含有微量钼的白钨矿碱分解进行了操作简单、运行方便的试验。结果表明,以化学比(RC =1.5-2.0)为基础,液/固比(RL =0.16~0.18)为条件,经过100℃,1 h的捏合,金属钨的浸出率超高96.5%,钼的浸出率超高60%。这一令人难以置信的结果表明,超高浓度溶液化学是未来湿法冶金工艺发展最重要的课题之一;而∑型捏合机械力化学反应器是实现超高浓度溶液化学中最具潜力的化工设备之一。
本文針對含鉬白鎢礦的堿分解工藝,提齣瞭超高濃度溶液化學的概唸,選擇∑型捏閤機械力化學反應器為手段,成功地解決瞭一種白鎢礦的堿分解課題,為節能、環保、經濟的濕法冶金工藝開闢瞭一條新路。利用超高濃度溶液化學原理,採用∑型捏閤機械力化學反應器,對含有微量鉬的白鎢礦堿分解進行瞭操作簡單、運行方便的試驗。結果錶明,以化學比(RC =1.5-2.0)為基礎,液/固比(RL =0.16~0.18)為條件,經過100℃,1 h的捏閤,金屬鎢的浸齣率超高96.5%,鉬的浸齣率超高60%。這一令人難以置信的結果錶明,超高濃度溶液化學是未來濕法冶金工藝髮展最重要的課題之一;而∑型捏閤機械力化學反應器是實現超高濃度溶液化學中最具潛力的化工設備之一。

The chemical conception of the super concentration solution and the reactor of mechanical force chemistry of ∑type kneader were put forward .The alkaline soda decomposition leaching of one type scheelite ore were car-ried on successfully by small experiment .The test conditions as follows :chemistry ratio between the mole of sodi-um hydroxide and mole of tungsten , Rc=1.50~2.00,ratio of liquid weight over solid weight , Rl=0.16~0.18, and temperature is 100℃,time is one hour .The leaching efficiency of tungsten is 96.12%~98.00%and molyb-denum over 60%.Therefore , it may seem almost incredible that the chemistry of super concentration solution is one of the most prospect in applied chemistry;the∑type kneader is one of the most applied prospect in the chemical equipment to be suitable for super concentration solution .
