采用加热消解处理样品,建立原子荧光法测定桑树不同部位Cu、Pb、Zn、Ni、Cd、Cr、Fe、Mn、Mg、K、Na和Ca 12种元素质量浓度的分析方法,采用ICP-AES测定样品中的微量元素。结果各种元素在其线性范围内线性关系良好,r在0.9995~0.9999之间,平均回收率在90.%~96.4%之间,RSD<3%(n=6),符合微量分析要求。本法简便,结果准确,重现性好,ICP-AES可同时测定多种元素,方便快捷。

To establish a hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry to measure the content in different parts of mulberry by Cu,Pb,Zn,Ni,Cd,Cr,Fe,Mn,Mg,K,Na,Ca twelve trace elements with heat digestion. Concentrations of elements were determined by ICP-AES. Experimental results showed that linear relationship was good, r was between 0.999 5 and 0.999 9. Average recovery rate was between 90.0%and 96.4%, RSD was less than 3%(n=6). The results met requirement of microanalysis. The method proved to be simple , convenient and precise and can be used for control of ICP-AES method was rapid , accurate and convenient, can be used to determine various trace elements.
