采用高效液相色谱法测定白刺籽中槲皮素和山萘酚的含量。采用的条件为Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相甲醇-水(含0.4%的磷酸)48∶52的比例线性洗脱,流速1 mL/min;检测波长360 nm;柱温35℃。两种成分均达到基线分离,槲皮素的线性范围为0.02928μg~0.20496μg,山萘酚的线性范围为0.0034μg~0.0119μg;槲皮素的平均回收率为100.7%(RSD=2.1%),山萘酚的平均回收率为98.5%(RSD=1.7%)。

To determination the content of quercetin and rantiliroside of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr by HPLC.The samples were separated with the column of Hypersil C18 (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) which was eluted with methanol and water (0.04%phosphoric acid) in 48∶52 with detected wavelength at 360 nm, flow rate at 1 mL/min,column temperature at 35℃. The results indicated that two compounds were basically insolated.The linear ranges of quercetin and kaemferol were 0.029 28 μg-0.204 96 μg,0.003 4 μg-0.011 9 μg respectively;the average recoveries were 100.7%(RSD=2.1%),98.5%(RSD=1.7%) respectively.
