Pregnancy immunological tolerance is a complicated physiological process. Th1/Th2 cytokines microenvironment is of great importance for pregnancy. This study discusses the relation between Th1/Th2 and trophocye, uterine natural killer cell, macrophage as well as endometrial stromal cell.
