目前链箅机—回转窑球团工艺存在热风利用率不高,废气排放温度及排放总量大,能源浪费突出的问题。随着国家环保排放标准的提高,球团厂需增加尾气硫化物的净化环节,一般情况下,脱硫费用与尾气量成正比,为降低生产成本同时减少硫化物的排放总量,需找到一种减少尾气排放总量的措施。通过改进工艺,提高了能源利用率减少废气外排量。

Energy conservation and emission reduction is the foundation on which pellet plants that produce oxidized pellets using the technology of travelling grate- rotary kiln can survive,especially those adopting coal fines as materials. With the advancement in national environment protection and emission standards,a procedure of purifying sulfide in exhaust gases is required for pellet plants. As a general rule,desulphurization fees are proportional to exhaust gas volumes. In order to reduce production cost and sulfide emission,measures to reduce the emission of exhaust gases need be found. Through improved process,energy utilization rate is increased and waste gases are reduced.
