目的：总结某山地丘陵地区基层部队心理健康服务工作的现状，探究山地丘陵地区基层部队心理健康服务的工作特点。方法：结合某山地丘陵地区基层单位心理健康服务工作的现状，对山地丘陵地区基层单位心理健康服务工作与日常工作的结合以及部队心理健康服务工作的主要对策进行思考。结果：基层部队现阶段对心理健康服务虽有一定的重视，但缺乏系统的理论指导；山地丘陵地区基层部队心理健康服务应当与日常作业训练以及教育相结合，促进心理健康教育进入日常作业。结论：本研究对山地丘陵地区基层部队心理健康问题进行了总结，可为山地丘陵地区基层部队心理卫生健康服务的质量提高提供参考。

AIM:To summarize the status quo of mental health services for a grassroots army unit in mountainous and hilly area and explore the characteristics of mental health services forgrassroots army unit in mountainous and hilly area. METHODS:By analyzing the status quo of mental health service for grassroots army unit in mountainous and hilly area, the main measures for mental health services in mountainous and hilly area and combination of mental health services and daily work were reflected. RESULTS:Although some importance was put on the mental health service for grassroots army unit in mountainous and hilly area, systemic theoretical guidance was insufficient. The mental health services should be combined with daily training and education. CONCLU?SION: The study summarized the mental health problems in a grassroots army unitin mountainous and hilly area, which can provide reference for improvement of the quality of grassroots army unit in mountainous and hilly area.
