目的：探讨普罗帕酮联合美托洛尔治疗先天性心脏病诱发小儿心律失常的疗效。方法选取简阳市人民医院2011年8月—2015年2月确诊并收治的62例先天性心脏病诱发心律失常患儿，随机分为研究组和对照组，各31例。对照组患儿应用普罗帕酮治疗，研究组在对照组基础上给予美托洛尔治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后房性期前收缩、室性期前收缩、短阵房性心动过速、短阵室性心动过速24h 发作次数和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组（P <0.05）。治疗前两组患儿房性期前收缩、室性期前收缩、短阵房性心动过速及短阵室性心动过速24h 发作次数比较，差异无统计学意义（ P >0.05）；治疗后研究组患儿房性期前收缩、室性期前收缩、短阵房性心动过速及短阵室性心动过速24h 发作次数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P <0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论普罗帕酮联合美托洛尔可显著改善患儿心律失常症状，降低心律失常的发作频率，且安全性好。
목적：탐토보라파동연합미탁락이치료선천성심장병유발소인심률실상적료효。방법선취간양시인민의원2011년8월—2015년2월학진병수치적62례선천성심장병유발심률실상환인，수궤분위연구조화대조조，각31례。대조조환인응용보라파동치료，연구조재대조조기출상급여미탁락이치료。비교량조림상료효、치료전후방성기전수축、실성기전수축、단진방성심동과속、단진실성심동과속24h 발작차수화불량반응발생정황。결과연구조총유효솔고우대조조（P <0.05）。치료전량조환인방성기전수축、실성기전수축、단진방성심동과속급단진실성심동과속24h 발작차수비교，차이무통계학의의（ P >0.05）；치료후연구조환인방성기전수축、실성기전수축、단진방성심동과속급단진실성심동과속24h 발작차수소우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P <0.05）。량조불량반응발생솔비교，차이무통계학의의（P >0.05）。결론보라파동연합미탁락이가현저개선환인심률실상증상，강저심률실상적발작빈솔，차안전성호。
Objective To study the clinical effect of propafenone combined with metoprolol in treating pediatric ar-rhythmia caused by congenital heart disease. Methods A total of 62 children with pediatric arrhythmia caused by congenital heart disease from August 2011 to February 2015 in People's Hospital Jianyang City were selected,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,31 cases in each group. The control group were treated with propafenone,the study group were treated with with metoprolol on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,before and after treatment attack frequency of 24h of premature atrial contraction,ventricular premature contraction, transient atrial tachycardia,burst ventricular tachycardia and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Before treatment attack fre-quency of 24h of premature atrial contraction,ventricular premature contraction,transient atrial tachycardia,burst ventricular tachycardia between the two groups showed no significant differences(P > 0. 05). After treatment attack frequency of 24h of premature atrial contraction,ventricular premature contraction,transient atrial tachycardia,burst ventricular tachycardia be-tween the two groups showed significant differences(P < 0. 05). The adverse reactions between the two groups showed no signif-icant differences(P > 0. 05). Conclusion Propafenone combined with metoprolol can significantly improve the symptoms of arrhythmia,curb arrhythmia seizure frequency,and have good safety.
