基于示能性理论在产品认知的特点,构建产品的可用性认知系统。从不同视角对示能性进行多重解读,揭示出产品认知过程中存在视觉感知、操作感知和分析认知三个不同层面间的进阶关系,且共同构成了评价产品可用性的认知系统。以示能性理论为产品和UCD研究提供支持为切入点,分析已有研究的主要观点和尚未涉及之处,并进一步讨论人与产品间达成的关系及其认知特点,提出将示能性理论发展为评价产品可用性的认知系统。

The artical aims to analyze usability-cognitive system of products based on Affordance theory, that is visual perception, perception and analysis of operating. By interpreting the multiple meanings of Afordance, the author reveals that the cognitive processes of products relfects the progressive relationship between the three Afordance levels and constitutes a cognitive system. Taking the supporting of Afordance theory provide to products and UCD study as a starting point, the artical analyzes the results and the lack of existing research, further more, pointed out the intrinsic relationship and cognitive characteristics of the three levels. In this usability-cognitive system, designers should focus on the basis system reached between interpersonal relationships.
