对复合低聚肽增强免疫力的功能进行研究。分别以0.4、0.8、2.4 g/kg·BW(相当于人体推荐量的5、10、30倍)剂量的复合低聚肽对小鼠连续灌胃30 d,分别测定小鼠的细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能、NK细胞活性。结果显示,体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能、NK细胞活性均为阳性,细胞免疫功能为阴性,表明复合低聚肽具有增强免疫力功能。
對複閤低聚肽增彊免疫力的功能進行研究。分彆以0.4、0.8、2.4 g/kg·BW(相噹于人體推薦量的5、10、30倍)劑量的複閤低聚肽對小鼠連續灌胃30 d,分彆測定小鼠的細胞免疫功能、體液免疫功能、單覈-巨噬細胞功能、NK細胞活性。結果顯示,體液免疫功能、單覈-巨噬細胞吞噬功能、NK細胞活性均為暘性,細胞免疫功能為陰性,錶明複閤低聚肽具有增彊免疫力功能。
대복합저취태증강면역력적공능진행연구。분별이0.4、0.8、2.4 g/kg·BW(상당우인체추천량적5、10、30배)제량적복합저취태대소서련속관위30 d,분별측정소서적세포면역공능、체액면역공능、단핵-거서세포공능、NK세포활성。결과현시,체액면역공능、단핵-거서세포탄서공능、NK세포활성균위양성,세포면역공능위음성,표명복합저취태구유증강면역력공능。
The immunity enhancing function of compound oligopeptide was studied. Compound oligopeptide were consecutively orally given to mice with the doses of 0.4, 0.8, 2.4 g/kg·BW (comparatively as 5, 10, 30 times of recommended human daily dosage) for 30 days. The cellular immunity, humoral immunity, mononuclear macrophage and NK cell activity were respectively determined. The results showed that humoral immune function, mononuclear macrophage function and NK cell activity were all positive, while cellular immunity was negative. The final results showed that compound oligopeptide could enhance immunity function.
