通过对相关研究进行梳理总结发现，近年来离退休老干部心理健康状况的研究逐渐增多，结合各地实际的研究逐步展开，对其影响因素和其它相关变量的讨论渐趋全面，研究成果颇丰。但同时存在着实证性的研究较少，各地区研究结果参差不齐，常模与评估工具不统一、实证的干预对策研究缺乏等一些问题。
통과대상관연구진행소리총결발현，근년래리퇴휴로간부심리건강상황적연구축점증다，결합각지실제적연구축보전개，대기영향인소화기타상관변량적토론점추전면，연구성과파봉。단동시존재착실증성적연구교소，각지구연구결과삼차불제，상모여평고공구불통일、실증적간예대책연구결핍등일사문제。
The sorting of relevant research finds that the research of the mental health status for the retired cadres is on a steady increase.In combination of the actual researches conducted in different regions,the discussion of the influencing factors and other related variables are increasingly comprehensive and the research achievements are rewarding.However, empirical studies are too scarce and the research results are not even and there is no norm to refer to and a universal assessment tool is needed and the research of intervenient strategy remains to be unfounded.
