为提高风洞天平校准的自动化程度,设计了一套基于伺服电动缸加载的全自动天平校准台测控系统。该系统用电动缸加载取代传统的砝码加载,具有大载荷、高准确度、自动加载、自动复位的功能。经过测试,该系统可以对风洞天平进行高效率、高准确度的校准。

In order to enhance the automatic level for wind tunnel balance calibration, a set of measuring and controlling system based on loading by electric cylinder is designed. The system is loaded by electric cylinder instead of poise, and has functions of large loading scale, high precision, au-tomatic loading, and automatic resetting. It is proved by test that the system can calibrate wind tunnel balance more effectively and precisely.
