温病学派拓展了表里辨证、三焦辨证、经络辨证的证治体系，其发病观、诊法、治法、方药等理论别具一格。本文阐述了吴又可、戴天章的表里辨证理论，杨栗山的三焦辨证理论，叶天士、吴鞠通的奇经病、络脉病理论对病毒性心肌炎辨证治疗的启示，与同道共飨。

The Warm Disease School extended and enriched the syndrome differentiation of superficies and interior, sanjiao theory and channel theory, which had the unique insight in pathogenesis, diagnostic method, treatment method and prescription. This paper mainly discussed the superficies and interior syndrome differentiation theories of Mr. Wu Youke and Mr. Dai Tianzhang, the sanjiao syndrome differentiation theory of Mr. Yang Lishan, together with the channel and meridian theories of Mr. Ye Tianshi and Mr. Wu Jutong, in order to show their impact and inspiration in viral myocarditis treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and to share with others.
