眼针疗法是在眼眶周围针刺治疗全身疾病的一种微针疗法。头针疗法是在大脑皮层功能定位区相应的头皮上平刺并施以持续固定的捻转手法，是治疗脑源性疾病的一种特殊的局部穴位刺激的主要方法。故笔者于2014年5月至2014年10月在辽宁中医康复中心实习期间采用眼针双侧脾胃区、上焦区配合头针晕听区治疗气血亏虚型椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者30例，取得较好效果，现报道如下。

Eye acupuncture therapy is a micro needle therapy in the treatment of systemic diseases with acupuncture in the eyes. Scalp acupuncture is twirling of needle manipulations which impose horizontal insertion of needle and persistent stimulation on corresponding area of the scalp of cerebral cortex function localization, and is a special method of local point source treatment of main cerebral disease. So the author adopted eye acupuncture on bilateral spleen and stomach area and upper jiao, and scalp acupuncture on Yunting region in treating vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo of deficiency of qi and blood for 30 cases in Rehabilitation Center of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the internship from 2014 May to October, and obtained better effect.
