目的：探究和分析阴道彩超以及腹部彩超在异位妊娠诊断的效果．方法：选择我院2014－01／2015－01收治的异位妊娠患者90例为研究对象，随机分成对照组（ n＝45）和实验组（ n＝45）．对照组给予腹部彩超检查，实验组给予阴道彩超检查，观察和比较两组患者的诊断效果．结果：在诊断符合率比较上，实验组比对照组高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；在附件区包块、卵黄囊、胚芽、盆腔积液以及胚芽检出率比较上，实验组比对照组高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）．结论：采用阴道彩超对异位妊娠进行诊断，相比腹部彩超的诊断效果更为理想，值得普及．
목적：탐구화분석음도채초이급복부채초재이위임신진단적효과．방법：선택아원2014－01／2015－01수치적이위임신환자90례위연구대상，수궤분성대조조（ n＝45）화실험조（ n＝45）．대조조급여복부채초검사，실험조급여음도채초검사，관찰화비교량조환자적진단효과．결과：재진단부합솔비교상，실험조비대조조고，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；재부건구포괴、란황낭、배아、분강적액이급배아검출솔비교상，실험조비대조조고，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）．결론：채용음도채초대이위임신진행진단，상비복부채초적진단효과경위이상，치득보급．
AIM:To explore and analysis the effect of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. METHODS: A total of 90 cases with ectopic preg?nancadmitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control group( n=45) and experimental group ( n=45);The control group received abdominal ultrasonog?raphy, while the experimental group received ultrasound examina?tion, and diagnosis and efficacy were compared between the two groups. RESULTS: The diagnostic coincidence rate in the experimental group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05);In the comparison of adnexal masses, yolk sac, embryo, pelvic effusion and germ rate, the experimental group was higher than the control group, which has statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . CONCLUSION:The effect of applicating of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, were better than applicating of abdominal ultrasound,which is worthy of promotion.
