目的：探讨大肠癌组织中组织因子（tissue factor，TF）和淋巴管形成之间的相关性。方法收集2011-01至2012-01期间，我院手术切除的大肠癌病例及相应手术切除的原发灶石蜡块，采用免疫组化的方法，观察TF、podoplanin在肿瘤组织中的表达以及微淋巴管密度，比较TF阳性和阴性表达组之间微淋巴管密度的差别。结果 TF阳性表达组的微淋巴管计数（47．23±26．12）明显高于阴性表达组（36．77±21．56）。结论大肠癌肿瘤细胞组织因子表达与肿瘤边缘微淋巴管密度之间高度相关，提示组织因子可能通过某种机制促进肿瘤淋巴管形成。
목적：탐토대장암조직중조직인자（tissue factor，TF）화림파관형성지간적상관성。방법수집2011-01지2012-01기간，아원수술절제적대장암병례급상응수술절제적원발조석사괴，채용면역조화적방법，관찰TF、podoplanin재종류조직중적표체이급미림파관밀도，비교TF양성화음성표체조지간미림파관밀도적차별。결과 TF양성표체조적미림파관계수（47．23±26．12）명현고우음성표체조（36．77±21．56）。결론대장암종류세포조직인자표체여종류변연미림파관밀도지간고도상관，제시조직인자가능통과모충궤제촉진종류림파관형성。
Objective To investigate the correlation between tissue factor ( TF) and lymphangiogenesis in colorectal cancer . Methods Operation records of resected colorectal cancer and corresponding paraffin block of resected primary tumors from 2011/1/1 to 2012/1/1 in this hospital were collected .By immunohistochemistry , the expression of TF , podoplanin in tumor tissues , and mi-crolymphatic vessel density ,were observed ,and the microlymphatic vessel density between TF positive and negative expression groups . Results The microlymphatic vessel density in positive TF group (47.23 ±26.12).was higher than that in negative group (36.77 ± 21.56).Conclusions There is high correlation between TF and microlymphatic vessel density in colorectal cancer .
