目的:研究纳美芬与醒脑静联合高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒的临床效果。方法将我院112例一氧化碳中毒患者抽签随机分为观察组(56例)与对照组(56例),2组均接受纳美芬与醒脑静静脉滴注治疗,观察组患者另给予高压氧治疗。比较2组临床疗效、迟发性脑病发生率、病死率、昏迷时间及住院时间。结果观察组总有效率为89.3%,与对照组的73.2%比较显著提高(P<0.05);观察组未见迟发性脑病发生,1例患者入院7 h时死亡,死亡原因为中枢性呼吸衰竭,对照组患者迟发性脑病发生率、病死率均为7.1%,组间比较迟发性脑病发生率观察组显著较低(P<0.05);观察组患者昏迷时间、住院时间分别为(5.35±1.02)h、(2.03±0.51)d,与对照组的(11.74±3.25)h、(4.82±1.32)d比较显著较低(P<0.05)。结论纳美芬与醒脑静联合高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒效果显著,可缩短昏迷时间,具有较高的临床应用价值。

목적:연구납미분여성뇌정연합고압양치료급성일양화탄중독적림상효과。방법장아원112례일양화탄중독환자추첨수궤분위관찰조(56례)여대조조(56례),2조균접수납미분여성뇌정정맥적주치료,관찰조환자령급여고압양치료。비교2조림상료효、지발성뇌병발생솔、병사솔、혼미시간급주원시간。결과관찰조총유효솔위89.3%,여대조조적73.2%비교현저제고(P<0.05);관찰조미견지발성뇌병발생,1례환자입원7 h시사망,사망원인위중추성호흡쇠갈,대조조환자지발성뇌병발생솔、병사솔균위7.1%,조간비교지발성뇌병발생솔관찰조현저교저(P<0.05);관찰조환자혼미시간、주원시간분별위(5.35±1.02)h、(2.03±0.51)d,여대조조적(11.74±3.25)h、(4.82±1.32)d비교현저교저(P<0.05)。결론납미분여성뇌정연합고압양치료급성일양화탄중독효과현저,가축단혼미시간,구유교고적림상응용개치。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Nalmefene and Xingnaojing combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods 112 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group patients(56 cases) and control group(56 cases),two groups were treated with intravenous drip of nalmefene Xingnaojing,patients in observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen treatment,compared with clinical efficacy,delayed brain disease incidence rate,mortality rate,coma time and discharge time of patients in two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 89.3%, significantly higher than control group of 73.2% (P<0.05);the observation group had no delayed encephalopathy case,1 cases died after 7h in hospital,the causes of death was central respiratory failure,the delayed encephalopathy incidence,mortality of control group were 7.1%,the incidence of delayed encephalopathy in observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05);the patients coma time,discharge time in observation group were (5.35 ±1.02)h,(2.03 ± 0.51)d,compared to control group (11.74 ±3.25)h,(4.82 ±1.32)d was significantly lower,difference was statistics significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Nalmefene and Xingnaojing combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning is significant,can shorten coma time,has high value in clinical application.
