目的：探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效。方法选择我院2011年—2013年收治的剖宫产同时进行子宫肌瘤剔除手术患者40例，设为观察组；另选同期单纯剖宫产孕妇40例，设为对照组。对比2组产妇各项手术指标。结果相较于对照组，观察组孕妇手术时间更长，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组患者术中出血量、血红蛋白下降、住院时间、肛门排气恢复时间、恶露干净时间等指标对比不存在统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论剖宫产孕妇在术前应该对其身体状况有充分了解，如需在剖宫产术中进行子宫肌瘤剔除术应该选择有丰富手术经验的妇产科医生进行，以确保手术的有效及安全性。
목적：탐토부궁산동시행자궁기류척제술적림상료효。방법선택아원2011년—2013년수치적부궁산동시진행자궁기류척제수술환자40례，설위관찰조；령선동기단순부궁산잉부40례，설위대조조。대비2조산부각항수술지표。결과상교우대조조，관찰조잉부수술시간경장，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；2조환자술중출혈량、혈홍단백하강、주원시간、항문배기회복시간、악로간정시간등지표대비불존재통계학차이（P>0.05）。결론부궁산잉부재술전응해대기신체상황유충분료해，여수재부궁산술중진행자궁기류척제술응해선택유봉부수술경험적부산과의생진행，이학보수술적유효급안전성。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of cesarean myomectomy line.Methods myomectomy surgery in 40 patients,observation group,while alternative hospital treated 40 cases of pregnant women simply cesarean section , selected as the control group when admitted to hospital in 2011 and 2013 cesarean section .Clinical indicators for two groups were analyzed in a retrospective approach ,comparing two groups were summarized in the surgical targets. Results compared with the control group,the study group of pregnant women longer operative time,there were statistically significant contrast (P<0.05);2 groups of patients blood loss,hemoglobin decreased hospitalization time, flatus recovery time , and each time a clean lochia index contrast kinds of complications,such as the probability of the event does not exist statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Preoperative cesarean pregnant women should be fully aware of their physical condition,for cesarean section uterine fibroids removed surgical technique should choose has extensive experience in obstetrics and gynecology doctor to ensure the effective operation and safety.
