为积极落实国家社会办医工作，江苏省出台一系列扶持政策，尤其鼓励社会办中医。笔者回顾了江苏省2009—2015年社会办中医政策，结合主要城市社会办医落实情况，总结现行政策存在中医类医院扶持力度不足、乡镇中医发展滞后、中医类卫生人才匮乏等问题，并提出政策建议。
為積極落實國傢社會辦醫工作，江囌省齣檯一繫列扶持政策，尤其鼓勵社會辦中醫。筆者迴顧瞭江囌省2009—2015年社會辦中醫政策，結閤主要城市社會辦醫落實情況，總結現行政策存在中醫類醫院扶持力度不足、鄉鎮中醫髮展滯後、中醫類衛生人纔匱乏等問題，併提齣政策建議。

In order to implement society-managed medicine nationwide,Jiangsu Province issued a series of sup-portive policies,especially the ones for society-managed traditional Chinese medicine. The authors review 2009~2015 poli-cies for society-managed traditional Chinese medicine,summarize the problems of insufficient support for hospitals of tradi-tional Chinese medicine,lag development of township hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine and talent shortage of tradi-tional Chinese medicine,combining with policy implementation of society-managed medicine in main cities,and put for-ward policy recommendations.
