目的：了解掌握新医改以来成都市民营医院发展现状与出现的主要问题，提出对策建议。方法以成都市医学信息所提供的成都市民营医院相关数据为基础，结合访谈分析成都市民营医院的机构数量、床位数、人力资源、服务量、区域分布等状况与面临的困难。结果新医改以来成都市民营医院取得了长足发展，但发展参差不齐；民营医院在土地、医疗保险、人才、设备等方面依然面临巨大困难。结论建议出台成都市民营医院发展状况报告和指南，引导民营医院向郊区发展与内部均衡发展；加大民营医院鼓励政策落实力度，力推医师多点执业，缓解民营医院人才压力；调整民营医院医疗保险报销政策，做到“同区域，同等级，同等报销”。
목적：료해장악신의개이래성도시민영의원발전현상여출현적주요문제，제출대책건의。방법이성도시의학신식소제공적성도시민영의원상관수거위기출，결합방담분석성도시민영의원적궤구수량、상위수、인력자원、복무량、구역분포등상황여면림적곤난。결과신의개이래성도시민영의원취득료장족발전，단발전삼차불제；민영의원재토지、의료보험、인재、설비등방면의연면림거대곤난。결론건의출태성도시민영의원발전상황보고화지남，인도민영의원향교구발전여내부균형발전；가대민영의원고려정책락실력도，력추의사다점집업，완해민영의원인재압력；조정민영의원의료보험보소정책，주도“동구역，동등급，동등보소”。
Objective:To learn about the current development and the key problems in private hospitals of Chengdu City after the practice of new medical reform,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions. Method:Referring to the relevant data of private hospitals in Chengdu City provided by Chengdu Medical Information Institute,analyze by intervie-wing the institution number,bed number,human resources,service volume,regional distribution and the coming up difficul-ties in Chengdu private hospitals. Result:Considerable development has been made in Chengdu private hospitals since the new medical reform. But the development is far from even for private hospitals are facing great difficulties in land,medical insurance,talent,equipment,and so on. Conclusion:The authors suggest that the report and guide of private hospital devel-opment in Chengdu City be issued to lead the development of private hospitals in suburbs and in an internally balanced di-rection. The intensified policy implementation in private hospitals should be encouraged, multi-sited medical practice be promoted to alleviate talent pressure in private hospitals,and reimbursement policy of medical insurance in private hospitals adjusted to “equal reimbursement of same region and same degree”.
