中国医科大学附属盛京医院在区域医疗卫生资源纵向整合中作出有益的尝试，探索出“盛京医疗联盟”和“盛京医院集团”两种合作模式。通过对比两种模式在组织架构、管理模式、运行方式等方面的不同，研究两种模式对于优质医疗资源可及性的影响，归纳出两种组织形式在提升优质医疗资源可及性方面的效果和特点，并提出相应建议，为卫生管理部门的未来决策提供参考依据。

Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University has made a beneficial attempt in vertical integration of regional medical health resources and explored two cooperation models of “Shengjing Medical Alliance” and “Shengjing Hospital Group”. By comparing the differences in organization structures,management modes and operation modes covered in the two models,the authors make the research of the two models’ influence on qualified medical resources accessibility, induce the effects and characteristics of the two organizational structures in improving the accessibility of qualified medical resources,and suggest the relevant proposals as the references for health administrative departments to make future deci-sions.
