随着医改的深入推进,医疗市场竞争由于多因素的叠加而愈加激烈。一所新疆兵团系统二甲医院,地处边境地区,医疗资源匮乏,医疗技术落后,为了保持竞争优势和医院健康持续发展的能力,更好地保障当地群众的健康,医院制定了“技术、服务、管理”三大品牌战略目标。笔者对如何落实战略目标所实施的具体计划,作了较全面的阐述。

With the deepening of medical reform,competition in medical market has become more and more se-vere because of the overlapped factors. A hospital of Class B in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps System located in border area,whose medical resources are insufficient and medical techniques are lagging,formulates the three-brand stra-tegic goals of“technique,service and management” in order to keep its competitive advantage,and the healthy and sustain-able development,and do a better job in guaranteeing the health of local people. The article covers an overall implementa-tion of the concrete plans included in the strategic goals.
