随着国内劳动力成本上升,为增强我国造船企业的国际竞争力,提升生产效率刻不容缓.主要介绍了造船生产效率的计算方式,重点介绍了工时管理的办法、工时分类情况——将生产现场的发生工时按照工作性质,工作内容等方式进行细化,通过该类数据及时、有效地了解生产现场的实际情况,随后,结合该类数据进行系统分析,查找出影响生产效率的因素及影响程度,并制定相应的对策,消除或减免影响,促进生产效率提升.对国内某先进造船企业近六年的生产效率情况进行系统分析,结合该企业的实际情况,重点介绍了效率分析的方法以及当前影响我国造船生产效率的主要因素与影响程度,并从企业规划、管理体系、生产管理,工艺工法、信息化等方面阐述了提升生产效率的对策.

With the increase of domestic labor cost, it is urgent to enhance the international competitiveness of our shipbuilding companies and improve the production efficiency.This paper mainly introduces the calculation method of shipbuilding production efficiency, focusing on the method of man hour management and classification ---- to classify the man hours according to the nature or content of the work at the production field, so as to comprehend the actual situation at the production field timely and effectivelythrough this kind of data. Then, make systematic analysis based on the data to find out the factors that affect the production efficiency and the degree of the impact, and develop the countermeasures, eliminate or reduce the impact to promote the production efficiency. This paper has performed a systematic analysis on the production efficiency data of an advanced domestic shipyard during the last six years, and in combination with the actual situation of the shipyard introduces the efficiency analysis method and the currently main factors affecting the efficiency of our shipbuilding production and the degree of influence. Meanwhile the paper has elaborated the measures to improve the production efficiency from the aspects of a company′s planning and management system, production management and technical methodology, as well as informatization.
