在夹层板的应用中,脱层是一个较为突出的问题.在详细分析弹性小变形动力学微分方程和微分方程数值求解方法的基础上,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件研究了夹层板在脱层情况下的自由振动和运动响应问题,分析了脱层区域的存在对自振频率的影响;并在自由振动分析的基础上进一步分析了完整夹层板和脱层夹层板在不同频率谐振载荷下的运动响应问题.研究结果表明:圆形脱层区域的存在会降低夹层板的自由振动频率,当脱层面积占夹层板面积的3.14%时,中心区域含有脱层缺陷的夹层板自由振动频率损失值达11%~16%,且对夹层板的运动响应影响较大.在上述结论的基础上提出了一种识别夹层板脱层的新方法,此方法能够较方便地识别夹层板是否发生脱层.

In the application of sandwich plate, the delamination is a outstanding problem. Based on the detailed analysis of elastic small deformation dynamic differential equations and its numerical solution methods, this paper studies the free vibration and motion response problems of sandwich plate with delamination defect by using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software; and analyzes the influence of delamination region on natural vibration frequency; and further analyzes the motion responses of intact and delaminated sandwich plates under different resonant vibration loads based on the free vibration analysis result. The result shows that the existence of circular dilamination region will reduce the free vibration frequency of the sandwich plate. When the delamination area is 3.14% of the plate area, the free vibration frequency reduction of the delaminated sandwich plate central region is up to 11%~16%, having big influence on the plate motion responses. A new method to detect the sandwich plate delamination is proposed based on the above discovery, which can easily identify whether delamination occurs in a sandwich plate.
