储气库注采井与一般的气田天然气气井不同,需满足注气、采气两种工况的运行要求,经过多周期的注采气生产,会出现油套环空异常带压等现象,为此需对部分注采井进行更换气密封油管、封隔器等井下作业,以保证井筒的密封完整性,确保储气库井的安全生产。目前储气库注采井井下工具受其密封性能、使用年限等因素限制为一次性使用,对井下作业起出的气密封油管采取了丝扣清洗除锈以及修复等措施重复使用,但安全可靠性未进行系统评价分析。文章对国内某储气库注采井起出的气密封油管进行再利用安全性分析评价,并对旧油管检测及应用提出建议,这将对储气库注采井的安全运行管理具有指导意义。

Gas storage injection and production wells are different from natural gas wells in the gas field need to meet requires in two condi-tions of the gas injection and gas production. After multi-cycle gas injection and production,there will be abnormal with casing annulus pres-sure and other phenomenons in injection and production wells. So we need to replace gas seals tubing, packers in the part of injection and production wells,in order to ensure sealing integrity of the wellbore and ensure that gas storage wells safety. Current injection and production wells downhole tools by their sealing performance, service life and other factors are limited for a single use. downhole tubings of the gas seal which are taken out will be taken measures to clean rust and repair for reuse. But the safety and reliability of tubes are not systematically e-valuated and analyzed. In this paper, downhole tubings of the gas seal are taken out in domestic gas storage are systematically evaluated and analyzed in order to reuse,and the proposals are made for testing and application of the old tubes, which will be instructive in the safe opera-tion management of injection and production wells in the natural gas storage.
