为提高矿石中金测量值可信度,以《测量不确定度评定与表示指南》为指导,对活性炭富集原子吸收分光光度法测定矿石中金的分析测试过程进行系统的不确定度评定,阐述了称样重量、标准工作溶液配制、工作曲线拟合、试液定容体积及测量重复性等不确定度来源。建立数学模型,量化各不确定度分量,得到合成标准不确定度与扩展不确定度分别为0.52 g/t 和1.04 g/t。研究结果表明,分析过程的不确定度主要来源于称量试样质量。

In order to improve the reliability of gold measurement,taking Evaluation and Guidance of Measurement Uncertainty as a guide,we systematically analyzed uncertainty on determination of gold in gold ore by atomic absorption spectrophotometry after activated carbon adsorption.Analyzed on sources of uncertainty was carried out in this article,including weighing mass of the sample,calibration solution preparation of gold,volume of the sample solution,calibration curve fitting,measurement repeatability and so on.The components of measurement uncertainty were used to establish mathematical model to determine primary factor of measurement uncertainty, and combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are evaluated.The combined standard uncertainty the expanded uncertainty is 0.52 g/t and 1.04 g/t respectively.It showed that weighing mass of the sample has the most significant effect on relative standard uncertainty.
