目的：了解我院儿科住院部头孢曲松钠剂量使用情况，为安全合理用药提供参考。方法对我院2012年8月～2014年7月的儿科住院部210例使用头孢曲松钠的病历，按性别，剂量，合并用药，细菌培养，肝肾功，血常规，转归等信息进行统计分析。结果使用剂量在80 mg · kg －1以上的患儿有58例，占27．62％，其中包括新生儿。结论头孢曲松钠的使用存在剂量偏高的现象，应引起医学工作者的关注。
목적：료해아원인과주원부두포곡송납제량사용정황，위안전합리용약제공삼고。방법대아원2012년8월～2014년7월적인과주원부210례사용두포곡송납적병력，안성별，제량，합병용약，세균배양，간신공，혈상규，전귀등신식진행통계분석。결과사용제량재80 mg · kg －1이상적환인유58례，점27．62％，기중포괄신생인。결론두포곡송납적사용존재제량편고적현상，응인기의학공작자적관주。
Objective To investigate the dose usage situation of ceftriaxone sodium in inpatients in the department of pediatrics of our hospital ,and provide reference for rational drug use .Method 210 cases treated with ceftriaxone sodium from August 2012 to July 2014 of inpatients in the department of pediatrics ,according to gender ,doses ,the drug combination ,bacteria culture ,liver and kidney function ,blood routine ,and outcome informations ,were statistically analyzed .Result Dose above 80 mg · kg -1 was 58 cases ,accounted for 27 .62% ,including the newborn .Conclusion The use of ceftriaxone sodium exists the phenomenon of over dose .Medical workers should pay attention to it .
