目的：调查陕西省药品经营企业药品不良反应报告工作开展情况，提供切实可行的建议。方法采用问卷调查法对陕西省药品经营企业药品不良反应监测工作进行调查。结果统计分析陕西省药品经营企业药品不良反应监测工作的基本建设、制度建设、经费支持、培训交流和上报情况等信息。结论针对统计结果，在基本建设、制度建设等方面提出建议。
목적：조사합서성약품경영기업약품불량반응보고공작개전정황，제공절실가행적건의。방법채용문권조사법대합서성약품경영기업약품불량반응감측공작진행조사。결과통계분석합서성약품경영기업약품불량반응감측공작적기본건설、제도건설、경비지지、배훈교류화상보정황등신식。결론침대통계결과，재기본건설、제도건설등방면제출건의。
Objective To analyze the present situation of adverse drug reaction (ADR) reporting entities in Shaanxi province ,and to provide practical recommendations for the construction of organization system .Methods The questionnaire was administered to Shaanxi province reporting entities ,and the subjects were selected by cluster sampling .Results After the information analysis of the returned questionnaires ,we concluded the information of the present situation of Shaanxi province reporting entities ,institu‐tion building ,and status of adverse drug reactions reporting .Conclusion The present study identified some challenges of drug safety monitoring in Shaanxi province .
