目的 研究大肠埃希菌和屎肠球菌混合感染中氨苄西林耐药的大肠埃希菌β-内酰胺酶基因型. 方法 收集2010年1月—2014年1月首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院分离出的大肠埃希菌和屎肠球菌混合感染24例.采用纸片扩散法测定大肠埃希菌和屎肠球菌的药物敏感性,聚合酶链反应( PCR)检测大肠埃希菌β-内酰胺酶基因型. 结果 混合感染中24株大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林耐药的有20株(83. 3%). 12株检测出β-内酰胺酶基因,其中6株只检测出TEM耐药基因,1株只检测出ampC耐药基因,5株同时检出TEM和ampC耐药基因. 结论 混合菌感染中氨苄西林耐药大肠埃希菌β-内酰胺酶基因以TEM型为主.

Objective To investigate theβ-Lactamases gene types in Ampicillin resistance of escherichia coli in escherichia coli and enterococcus faecium mixed infection. Methods A total of 24 strains of escherichia coli and entero-coccus faecium mixed infection from January 2010 to January 2014 were collected in Clinical Laboratory Center of Beijing Friendship Hospital. The drug sensitivities of escherichia coli and enterococcus faecium were detected using disc diffusion method, and polymerase chain reaction ( PCR) method was used to detectβ-Lactamases gene types in escherichia coli of mixed bacterial infection. Results The 20 strains (83. 3%) of ampicillin resistance of escherichia coli were isolated from 24 strains of mixed infection. The β-Lactamases genes was detected in 12 strains, including 6 strains of a single TEM resistance gene, 1 strain of ampC resistance gene and 5 strains of TEM and ampC resistance genes. Conclusion TEM is the major type of β-Lactamases gene types in Ampicillin resistance of escherichia coli in mixed bacterial infec-tion.
