目的 探讨采用关节镜下经胫骨隧道拉出缝合固定治疗内侧半月板后根断裂的疗效. 方法 对解放军白求恩国际和平医院2010年3月—2014年2月收治的内侧半月板后根裂伤经胫骨隧道拉出缝合固定54例的临床资料进行回顾性分析. 结果 54例获得随访,术后平均随访时间22个月,无并发症发生. 术后Lysholm和国际膝关节文献委员会评分均较术前增加(P<0. 01). 术后最后随访20例中16例(80. 0%)完全愈合. 结论 关节镜下经胫骨隧道拉出缝合固定内侧半月板后根断裂能有效恢复内侧半月板稳定性,防止膝骨关节炎内侧间隙退变加重.

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of pullout suture through the tibial tunnel under arthro-scope for repair of medial meniscus posterior root ( MMPR) tear. Methods Clinical data of 54 patients with MMRR tear from March 2010 to February 2014, who were treated with pullout suture through the tibial tunnel under arthroscopes, was retrospectively analyzed. Results The 54 patients were all followed up, and the average follow-up time was 22 months, and no postoperative complications were reported. The preoperative scores of Lysholm scale and International Knee Docu-mentation Committee were significantly higher than those before the surgery (P<0. 01). Among the last 20 follow-up pa-tients, 16 patients (80. 0%) were healed. Conclusion The pullout suture through the tibial tunnel under arthroscope for repair of MMPR tear may effectively recover the stability of medial meniscus and prevent the inside interspace degener-ation of knee osteoarthritis.
