Objective]To study the factors associated with liver histological changes in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.[Methods]Total patients with chronic HBV infection collected from January to December 2013 were included in this study. All the patients were randomly divided into G1S0‐1 group(32 cases)and G2‐4S2‐4 group(23 cases)according to the degree of hepatitis. The correlations between liver tissue pathologic and sex ,ages ,ALT ,HBeAg status and HBV DNA serum level were ana‐lyzed.[Results]The activity of liver inflammation and fibrosis degree were positively associated with ages , ALT and HBV DNA serum level. The multiple‐factor analysis suggested that HBV DNA serum level was an independent risk factor for liver histological changes.[Conclusion]Liver tissue pathologic abnormality is associated with ages ,ALT and HBV DNA serum level.HBV DNA serum level is an independent risk fac‐tor.
