目的:探讨神经纤毛蛋白-1(NRP-1)在子宫内膜异位症(内异症)患者异位及在位子宫内膜组织、子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法36例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者、12例子宫内膜癌患者作为研究组,30例非内异症患者作为对照组。采用免疫组化技术,检测内异症患者在位子宫内膜及卵巢异位囊肿组织、子宫内膜癌组织、非内异症患者子宫内膜中NRP-1的表达情况。结果(1)所有异位内膜、内膜癌组织中均可检测到NRP-1的表达。(2)内异症患者在位子宫内膜组织中NRP-1的表达强度低于同期对照组正常子宫内膜(P<0.05),且丧失正常子宫内膜表达的周期性变化。(3)内异症患者异位子宫内膜组织、内膜癌组织中NRP-1的表达强度高于在位子宫内膜(P<0.05),无正常内膜表达的周期性变化。结论内异症患者异位子宫内膜、子宫内膜癌组织中NRP-1的表达可能与其血管化程度有关;在位子宫内膜组织中NRP-1表达水平的减少,可能与内异症的生物学行为有关。

목적:탐토신경섬모단백-1(NRP-1)재자궁내막이위증(내이증)환자이위급재위자궁내막조직、자궁내막암조직중적표체급기의의。방법36례란소자궁내막이위낭종환자、12례자궁내막암환자작위연구조,30례비내이증환자작위대조조。채용면역조화기술,검측내이증환자재위자궁내막급란소이위낭종조직、자궁내막암조직、비내이증환자자궁내막중NRP-1적표체정황。결과(1)소유이위내막、내막암조직중균가검측도NRP-1적표체。(2)내이증환자재위자궁내막조직중NRP-1적표체강도저우동기대조조정상자궁내막(P<0.05),차상실정상자궁내막표체적주기성변화。(3)내이증환자이위자궁내막조직、내막암조직중NRP-1적표체강도고우재위자궁내막(P<0.05),무정상내막표체적주기성변화。결론내이증환자이위자궁내막、자궁내막암조직중NRP-1적표체가능여기혈관화정도유관;재위자궁내막조직중NRP-1표체수평적감소,가능여내이증적생물학행위유관。
Objective To study the expression of neuropilin-1 (NRP-1) in endometriosis and endometrial carcinoma. Method Thirty-six cases of ovary endometriosis and twelve cases of endometrial carcinoma were selected as study group, and 30 cases of non-endometriosis served as control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NRP-1 in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis group, the lesions of endometrial carcinoma group and the endometrium of control group. Results (1) NRP-1 was expressed in ectopic and eutopic endometrium and endometrial carcinoma samples. (2) The NRP-1 expression level in eutopic endometrium of endometriosis patients was significantly lower than in endometrium of control group at the same phrase. The normal significant menstrual cyclical variations were absent in eutopic endometrium of endometriosis patients. (3) The NRP-1 expression levels were higher in ectopic endometrium of endometriosis patients and endometrial carcinoma lesions than in eutopic endometrium (P<0.05). The normal significant menstrual cyclical variations in endometrial NRP-1 were also absent. Conclusion The abnormal expression of NRP-1 may contribute to the altered angio-genesis in endometriosis and endometrial carcinoma. The downregulation of NRP-1expression in eutopic endometrium may have correlation with the biological behavior of endometriosis.
