目的：通过对妊娠期急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，探讨妊娠期急性阑尾炎的早期诊断与治疗方法。方法研究对象为2012年～2014年期间收治的妊娠期急性阑尾炎患者，共计63例，其中手术治疗41例，非手术治疗22例。结果手术治疗组41例患者中，38例治愈，3例出现术后切口感染，加强切口引流换药后治愈出院；非手术治疗组22例患者中，15例治愈，5例有效，2例无效转手术治疗。结论妊娠期急性阑尾炎是阑尾炎的一种特殊类型，一旦确诊应尽早行手术治疗，术中充分冲洗引流，术后积极抗感染治疗，尽量减少并发症。
목적：통과대임신기급성란미염환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，탐토임신기급성란미염적조기진단여치료방법。방법연구대상위2012년～2014년기간수치적임신기급성란미염환자，공계63례，기중수술치료41례，비수술치료22례。결과수술치료조41례환자중，38례치유，3례출현술후절구감염，가강절구인류환약후치유출원；비수술치료조22례환자중，15례치유，5례유효，2례무효전수술치료。결론임신기급성란미염시란미염적일충특수류형，일단학진응진조행수술치료，술중충분충세인류，술후적겁항감염치료，진량감소병발증。
Objective Through a retrospective study,try to figure out the methods of early diagnosis and treatment for acute appendicitis in pregnancy. Methods From 2012 to 2014,a total of 63 cases of acute appendicitis in pregnancy including 41 cases of surgical treatment and 22 cases of the non operative treatment were selected as study objects. Results In 41 cases of patients who got the surgical treatment,38 cases were cured,and incisional infection occurred in 3 cases. 15 cases of the non operative treatment patients were cured,and 5 cases were effective,2 cases were turn to operation treatment. Conclusion Patients with acute appendicitis in pregnancy is a special type of appendicitis,early surgical treatment should be completely flushed once diagnosed,try to reduced the complications.
