目的:对门诊处方抗菌药物应用情况进行分析。方法随机抽查2014年1月~2014年9月门诊处方263169张,对其中抗菌药物的使用种类、使用率以及不合理使用等情况进行统计、分析。结果我院门诊处方中抗菌药物使用率为9.06%(23852/263169);应用频率最高的为头孢菌素类、其次为氟喹诺酮类及大环内酯类;在23852张含抗菌药物的处方中,不合理处方共1397张,占比5.86%,其中适应证不合理处方905张,占不合理处方的64.78%,不良相互作用处方223张,占比15.96%,重复用药处方202张,占比14.46%,用法用量不合理处方43张,占比3.08%。结论我院门诊处方抗菌药物应用仍存在不合理用药现象,需加强对抗菌药物合理使用的规范化管理,进一步促进抗菌药物的合理使用。

목적:대문진처방항균약물응용정황진행분석。방법수궤추사2014년1월~2014년9월문진처방263169장,대기중항균약물적사용충류、사용솔이급불합리사용등정황진행통계、분석。결과아원문진처방중항균약물사용솔위9.06%(23852/263169);응용빈솔최고적위두포균소류、기차위불규낙동류급대배내지류;재23852장함항균약물적처방중,불합리처방공1397장,점비5.86%,기중괄응증불합리처방905장,점불합리처방적64.78%,불량상호작용처방223장,점비15.96%,중복용약처방202장,점비14.46%,용법용량불합리처방43장,점비3.08%。결론아원문진처방항균약물응용잉존재불합리용약현상,수가강대항균약물합리사용적규범화관리,진일보촉진항균약물적합리사용。
Objective To analyze the utilization of antibiotics in the outpatients' prescriptions. Methods A total of 263 169 outpatient prescriptions of our hospital from January to September in 2014 were randomly selected for statistical analysis in respect of the utilization status,drug varieties,rate of antibiotic use of antibiotics etc. Results The rate of antibiotic use in the outpatient prescriptions was 9.06%; the highest frequency of application was cephalosporins,followed by fluoroquinolones and macrolides; In 23 852 prescriptions of antibiotics,there were 1 397 unreasonable prescriptions,accounting for 5.86%. While there were inappropriate indication prescriptions 905,accounting for 64.78% of all unreasonable prescriptions; adverse interaction prescriptions 223,accounting for 15.96%; repeated administration prescriptions 202,accounting for 14.46%;unreasonable dosage and administration prescriptions 43,accounting for 3.08%Conclusion The use of antibiotics in the outpatient prescriptions of our hospital was somewhat irrational; therefore,it is urgent to tighten control on the rational use and standard use of antibiotics to promote rational use of antibiotics.
